Mark Stevenson, Managing Director
Mark Stevenson has been working with SIMA® International since 1994, concentrating on consulting with various SIMA® applications for individual and leadership team development. As one of the firm’s deepest experts in the SIMA® process, he assists organizations with key management decision making.
He participates in the executive search practice at SIMA® International by conducting client interviews, defining critical role requirements, and making candidate comparisons to behavioral benchmarks using the SIMA® process. He consults with our search team, the client search committee and hiring managers with analysis of SIMA® information and the final decision-making and selection.
In addition to his search work with our team, Mark manages an active practice in executive coaching, leadership development and in depth team retreats for senior teams where his advice enhances team effectiveness and functionality. He has also developed a ministry coaching program for pastors called Pastors on Point. He earned his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Colorado.
Mark has been married to Gretchen for 17 years and they are in the midst of raising 3 active children. They currently reside in Stillwater, Minnesota where they enjoy a variety of outdoor and community activities.
