Ben Dilla, Senior SIMA® Consultant
Ben brings 30 years of leading, serving, and learning to our clients. His focus is providing insight and development to individuals, teams, and organizations through assessment, coaching, training, and development.
Ben worked for eight years as a senior consultant for Personnel Decisions International (PDI), a global Human Resource consulting firm specializing in leadership development. He performed a variety of services including assessment, coaching, training, 360-degree feedback, performance management, and succession planning.
In his first career in the U.S Air Force, Ben’s service included working at the Air Force Personnel Center, and as Associate Professor at the Air Force Institute of Technology in Dayton, OH, and at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. He graduated from the Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences and Leadership. He earned his Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees from Purdue University in Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
Ben and his family live in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area. He currently teaches in the MBA programs of LeTourneau University and Dallas Baptist University, supporting the goal of equipping leaders who serve others through their respective callings.
