Joshua Miller, Managing Director
Dr. Joshua Miller has 17 years of experience in the practice of studying the autobiographical narratives of our clients, identifying their natural motivational themes, and crafting Motivated Abilities Pattern (MAP®) reports which explain those themes and their implications for job-fit.
He functions as an internal consultant providing critical insights for his colleagues in SIMA® International and their clients as well as job-fit expertise for executive searches and selections. He also directly serves his own clients as a job-fit consultant, career coach and presenter of Discover Your Design (DYD®) workshops.
He has a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Magdalen College and an M.A. in Philosophy from Franciscan University of Steubenville. He has a Ph.D. in Philosophy of the Human Person from Duquesne University. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Franciscan University of Steubenville and Duquesne University.
Joshua and his wife Brooke reside near Pittsburgh and have four active and wonderful children. They enjoy participating in church activities, camping, and visiting with friends and family.
