Susan R. Grimes, Senior SIMA® Consultant
Suz Grimes is a certified and licensed trainer, coach and senior consultant at SIMA® International since 1991. She uses her expertise with SIMA® to partner in the search process and help the client, the candidate and the search consultant more clearly understand giftedness, motivation and ideal ministry fit. In coaching and leadership effectiveness efforts, Suz works with both leaders and overall organizational systems to insure ministry impact.
Suz holds a Masters of Arts in Human Resource Development and a certificate in Organization Development from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. Her undergraduate degree is from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN.
Prior to joining SIMA® International in 1991, she worked in the corporate sector for 10 years in Executive Training and Development. She is currently adjunct faculty in the Masters of Organizational Leadership Program at Bethel University, St. Paul, Minnesota.
Suz has been married to Bud for twenty-eight years. They have two wonderful and busy young adult daughters, and a yellow lab. Suz enjoys golf, traveling, spending time with family and going on walks with Bud and Kobe, their lab. They live in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota.
